This policy explains how Zenith Tech Works Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal information you share through this website. It is written to reflect the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where relevant to clients in the region, GCC Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company (if given)
- Your phone number (if given)
- The topic and the message you send us
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs — for example your IP address and browser type — for a short period for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation it starts. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate, clear agreement.
Our basis for processing
We process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before any engagement. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you about your enquiry, then delete it — unless we have begun an engagement that requires us to keep relevant records for longer.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email us at info@zenithtechworks.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Data protection contact
For any question about this policy or your information — or to raise a concern — email us at info@zenithtechworks.com and your request will reach the person responsible for data protection.
Cookies and your choices
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no optional cookie is set unless you choose to allow it.
When you first visit, you can accept or reject optional cookies, or open Cookie settings to choose by category. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
- Strictly necessary — always on. For example, a short-lived cookie that lets the contact form show you a confirmation after you submit it, and a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — off unless you allow them. Anonymous statistics that would help us understand which pages are useful.
- Marketing — off unless you allow them. Cookies that would measure a campaign or show relevant content on other platforms.
- Functional — off unless you allow them. Optional conveniences such as embedded video or maps that load third-party content.
We record your choice in a single first-party cookie that stores only your preferences and the date you set them — no personal information. We currently set none of the optional cookies above; the controls are in place so that, if we ever add them, they stay switched off until you tell us otherwise.
